Cooking Classes
in a tipical Umbria Farm


The Berioli's vinery offers the great opportunity to live one day in a typical Umbrian farm, learning about authentic Italian food.
We will teach you how to cook authentic Italian dishes in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
You will get in touch with the passion for the Italian cooking, having fun.



 The cooking teacher will speak English understanding won't be a problem.
Groups will be very small, from 2 to 15 participants, to better enjoy each other's company and to provide our hosts with all the attention they need.
We are open every day and you can book your cooking class just two days in advance



Our Offers:

Half day with cooking class and lunch (from 9.00 am to 14.00 pm) 
60 euro per person (groups of more then 5 people: 50 euro)

You will learn how to cook ...
Italian  pasta or gnocchi with the sauce you prefer (ragù, tomato sauce or norcina)
Bruschetta with tomatoes and olive oil and truffle
A cake (tiramisù, pastiera, crostata or torcolo).

Full day
(from 10.00 am to 20.00 pm) with cooking class, fast  lunch, tour of the cellar and the vineyards, dinner 100 euro per person (more then  5 people: 70 euro):

Morning:
How to cook…
Italian  pasta or gnocchi with the sauce you prefer (ragù, tomato sauce or norcina)
Bruschetta with tomatoes and olive oil, truffle sauce
Lunch and guided tour of the cellar and the vineyards
Afternoon:
How to cook…
A typical meat dish (rabbit with rosemary, roast lamb with herbs, spicy chicken in tomato souse with “torta al testo”)
A cake ( tiramisù- pastiera-crostata or  torcolo).

During lunch and dinner you can taste wines and other farm products
